细水雾红外隐身技术的仿真分析及其试验研究

【摘要】 红外隐身技术采取改变或降低目标的红外辐射参数,以实现目标的低可侦探性。细水雾红外隐身是基于水雾颗粒的吸收和散射等作用衰减被侦测物体红外出射强度的隐身方式,细水雾颗粒特有的相变和水膜流动性能已在国外舰船领域得到运用。主要研究水膜厚度、水流速度和雾粒直径的变化对被试模型的红外辐射强度的影响。基于红外辐射理论、Mie散射理论和雾化喷嘴设计理论建立红外隐身模型,进行ANSYS仿真和MATLAB数值模拟分析,获得降低红外辐射特征参数,通过实验研究进一步验证模型的仿真结果。最后对实验数据进一步分析总结,确定细水雾红外隐身技术的特征参数。

【Abstract】 Target object can achieve low detectivity when its infrared radiation characteristics are reduced or changed by infrared radiation stealth technology. Water mist,based on its characteristics of the particles’ absorption,dispersion and overlay of water film,is an effective way to weaken the infrared radiation intensity. Water mist,which has special phase transition and flowing characteristics of water film,has gradually been applied in the project. Effects caused by water film thickness,velocity and droplet diameter on infrared radiation intensity of the tested model have been studies. Based on the theory of the infrared radiation,Mie scattering and atomizing nozzle,the infrared stealth model is built to determine its characteristic parameters by ANSYS and MATLAB. In addition,designed nozzles are applied in certain tested models to further validate the simulation results. Finally,the experimental data of the water mist are further analyzed and summarized to obtain better infrared radiation parameters.
