【摘要】 目的探讨三七皂苷组方对家兔血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)活性的影响,筛选出对家兔血浆有显著作用的药方。方法运用发色底物法测定不同三七皂苷组分在体外对家兔血浆释放纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)水平的影响。结果新配方和三七总皂苷相比,有一个三七皂苷配方能提高血浆t-PA活性水平,另一个三七皂苷配方抑制血浆PAI-1活性。结论改变三七总皂苷中三七皂苷单体的含量,所得配方在功效上有很大的改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of panax notoginseng saponins complex preparation on level of plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and its inhibitor(PAI-1) in rabbit. Methods Plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) were assayed using chromogenic substrate. Results Compared with total panax notoginseng saponins, there is a new preparation that can increase the level of plasma t-PA activity and another new preparation inhibit the activity of plasma PAI-1. Conclusion Change monomer content of total panax notoginseng saponins, obtained the preparation in effect has a great change.更多还原
