【摘要】 目的探讨临床护理路径在老年精神障碍患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的60例老年精神障碍患者的临床资料,比较两组患者入院时、出院后1周的生活质量评分及住院时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后的MMSE检查评分、HDS-R评分与对照组患者治疗后比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对老年精神障碍患者实施临床护理路径可以明显提高患者的MMSE检查评分和HDS-R评分,改善老年精神障碍患者的精神状态,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with geriatric mental disorders. Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 cases of elderly patients with mental disorder, the quality of life score and hospitalization time and complication rate were compared in two groups of patients, 1 week after discharge. Results The MMSE examination scores, HDS-R scores were compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In elderly patients with mental disorders implementation of clinical nursing path can significantly improve patients with MMSE score and HDS-R score, improve the old patients with mental disorders of mental state, worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
