【摘要】 目的探讨对临床免疫检验结果产生影响的相关因素,并总结其控制措施,为提高临床免疫结果的准确性提供参考。方法将我院2014年6月至2015年12月的临床免疫学检验的资料进行回顾性分析,对免疫检验标本的采集、保存、检测和试剂准备等可能对检验结果产生影响的因素进行分析,并根据分析结果采取相应的控制措施。结果经分析,标本质量、检测人员素质、试剂平衡时间、检测温度和湿度、洗液更换都是影响临床免疫检测结果的相关因素,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验结果会受到多种因素的影响,需要采取针对性的控制措施,才能提高临床免疫检测的准确性和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of clinical immune test results, and summarize the control measures, in order to provide reference for improving the accuracy of clinical immune results. Method Collected and retrospective analysised the data of clinical immunology test in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015. The factors that affect the test results were analyzed, and the corresponding control measures were taken according to the analysis results. ResultAfter analysis, the specimen quality, inspection personnel quality, reagent equilibrium time, testing temperature and humidity, lotion replacement is the factors that affect the clinical immunological detection results, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical immune test results will be affected by many factors, the control measures should be taken to improve the accuracy and quality of clinical immune detection.更多还原
