【摘要】 目的深入探讨小剂量他克莫司联合雷公藤多苷靶点治疗特发性膜性肾病的有效性。方法将我院2013年12月至2016年9月期间收治的40例特发性膜性肾病患者进行分组研究,采用数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组给予他克莫司单独治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合雷公藤多苷。结果两组患者不良反应率比较无差异(P>0.05),疗效比较观察组则占据明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论在特发性膜性肾病患者的治疗中,将小剂量他克莫司与雷公藤多苷联合应用,整体效果显著,方法经验证效果确切,可在临床中给予借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of low dose tacrolimus combined with Tripterygium wilfordii target in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods 40 patients admitted in our hospital in December 2013 September-2016 year period in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were divided into two groups, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group; the control group was given tacrolimus monotherapy, patients in the observation group on the basis of this combined with Tripterygium glycosides. Results There was no difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P >0.05). The efficacy of the observation group was more obvious than that of the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy, the combination of small dose of tacrolimus and tripterygium glycosides, the overall effect is significant, the method has been proved to be effective, and can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
