【摘要】 目的探讨与神经科有关的眼外肌麻痹的病因,发病机制,临床特点。方法回顾分析2010年至2015年我科收治的眼外肌麻痹患者75例,根据病史,神经系统查体,相关辅助检查,分析发病原因。结果 75例患者中,肌源性眼肌麻痹:Graves眼病3例。神经肌肉接头眼肌麻痹:重症肌无力6例。神经源性眼肌麻痹66例。结论许多神经系统疾病均可引起眼外肌麻痹,其病因复杂,容易误诊,漏诊。详细的病史,神经系统查体,相关辅助检查可明确诊断,达到正确治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion related to the neurological cause experience of extraocular muscle paralysis. The pathogenesis, clinical characteristics. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010-2015 of 75 patients with eye outside myoparalysis admitted in our department. According to the history, physical examination, neural systems related auxiliary examination. Analysis of the causes. Results 75 patients, the muscle source sex ophthalmoplegia: Gravesophthalmopathy(3 cases). Neuromuscular joint ophthalmoplegia: 6 patients with myasthenia gravis. 66 cases of neurogenic ophthalmoplegia. Conclusion Many nervous system diseases can cause eye myoparalysis outside, its etiology is complex, easy to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Detailed history, examination of nervous system, the related auxiliary examination can clear diagnosis, to achieve the correct treatment.更多还原
