【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素泵即胰岛素皮下持续输注(CSII)治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取通辽市医院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的初诊2型糖尿病住院患者200例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。其中观察组行CSII治疗,对照组行多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSII)治疗;均治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HomaIR)和胰岛素β细胞指数(Homa-β)。结果两组治疗后FPG和2hPG均较治疗前下降,以观察组为著(P均<0.05);两组Homa-IR较治疗前下降,Homa-β较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组之间的比较,P均>0.05;两组HbA1c值比较,P>0.05。结论 CSII可修复初诊2型糖尿病患者的胰岛β细胞功能,促进血糖水平达标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump therapy namely continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) on newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabets. Methods A total of 200 patients were recruited from Tongliao hospital from August 2014 to August 2015, 100 on CSII, 100 on multiple-subcutaneous insulin injections(MSII),and all treated for two weeks. Fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),Homa-IR and Homa-βwere compared between the CSII group and the MSII group. Results FPG, 2hPG in two groups, espetially the CSII group were lower after treatment than befrore treatment(all P<0.05). Homa-IR was decreased, Homa-β was increased in the two groups. There were no difference of Homa-IR, Homa-β, HbA1 cbetween the CSII and the MSII group(all P>0.05). Conclusion CSII can help to restore the function of islet beta cells and the glucose levels return to normal in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
