【摘要】 目的观察中药芪珍胶囊治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者口服表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR–TKIs)所致皮疹的疗效。方法将筛选入组的60例口服EGFR-TKIs药物出现皮疹的患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予口服芪珍胶囊,对照组采用EGFR–TKI相关性皮疹治疗临床指南推荐方法进行治疗。治疗1周后评价两组患者皮疹缓解率。结果治疗前两组患者在年龄、性别和皮疹等级分布情况无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组比较皮疹分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为97%较对照组的总有效率23%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪珍胶囊治疗EGFR–TKI致皮疹临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qizhen capsule in the treatment of EGFR-TKIs Relevant Skin Rashes in advanced NSCLC. Methods Totally, 60 patients of skin rashes induced by oral administration of EGFR-TKI were assigned to a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. In the treatment group, Qizhen capsule were used for oral administration, while in the control group, patients treated with systemic management according to MASCC skin toxicity study group recommendation. The skin rash remission rate were assessed in 1 week of treatment in the two groups separately.Result Before treatment, the gender, age and skin rash level had no statistical differences(P >0.05). The skin rashes were all relieved in the two groups. Total effective rates of treatment group were 97%, obviously superior to 23% of control group(P <0.05). the remission in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Qizhen capsule had signifi cantly curative effect in treatment of EGFRTKIs-related skin adverse reactions,with no obvious adverse reactions. However,more randomized control trials are needed to verify these fi ndings.更多还原
