2D比例伺服阀数字控制器的设计与研究
Design and Research of Digital Controller for 2D Proportional Servo Valve
【摘要】 为了提高2D比例伺服阀的动态特性,电-机械转换器起到了关键的作用。该文采用空心杯直流电机作为该阀的电-机械转换器,并设计了一款基于STM32F405为控制核心的嵌入式数字控制器,并将控制器内嵌于阀的端盖中,实现了一体化,采用电流-位置双闭环PID控制算法实现了对电机转子的定位。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现空心杯电机转子的精确定位,并有效提高2D比例伺服阀的频率响应和阶跃响应。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of 2 D proportional servo valve, electro-mechanical converter plays a key role.This paper uses hollow cup DC motor as the valve’s electro-mechanical converter, and a design based on STM32 F405 as the control core of the embedded digital controller, and the controller is embedded in the valve cover, to achieve the integration, the current position of double loop PID control algorithm to achieve the positioning of the motor rotor. The experimental results show that the system can realize the accurate positioning of the rotor of the hollow cup motor, and effectively improve the frequency response and step response of the 2 D proportional servo valve.
