安溢活门动特性定量分析技术

【摘要】 该文对安溢活门动特性分析技术开展研究,利用集总参数方法建立安溢活门的AMESim模型,分析安溢活门动特性及关键设计参数对活门性能的影响。建立安溢活门流道区域的三维模型,通过CFD数值分析不同开度下安溢活门的流动特性。以安溢活门出口安装保护罩或排气管为例,开展该工况下安溢活门的动特性仿真,实现了安溢活门工作性能的定量化数值分析。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the dynamic analysis of the relief valve, the AMESim model of relief valve was built by using lumped parameter method. The dynamic analysis and the influence of key parameters for valve property were studied. The three-dimensional model of the valve flow was built, the CFD numeric analysis of relief valve at different opening degrees was carried out. In this paper, the dynamic analysis of the relief valve with shield device or release pipe was studied. The results realized the quantitative dynamic analysis of relief valve property.
