【摘要】 目的:了解常州市第二人民医院(以下简称"该院")人血白蛋白注射液的临床应用现状及特点,评价用药合理性,为保障患者用药安全、节约医疗成本提供参考。方法:对2013—2016年该院使用人血白蛋白注射液的4 019例住院患者相关情况进行回顾性调查与分析,并随机抽取397例,分析其用药合理性。结果:4 019例使用人血白蛋白注射液的患者主要来自于重症加强护理病房(1 808例,占44.99%)、心胸外科(340例,占8.46%)、肝胆外科(248例,占6.17%)和急诊重症监护室(212例,占5.27%)。抽取的397例患者中,用药合理率为43.58%(173/397);涉及病种约30种;用药理由以补充白蛋白为最多;用药前患者血清白蛋白水平多<25 g/L。结论:该院医师对于人血白蛋白注射液临床应用的认识存在一定误区,需加强各环节的宣教和监管,提高合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical application status and characteristics of human albumin injections in Changzhou the Second People’s Hospital( hereinafter referred to as "this hospital"),and to evaluate the rationality of drug application,so as to provide reference for ensuring patients’ medication safety and saving medical costs. METHODS: 4 019 inpatients with human albumin injections during 2014-2016 were retrospectively investigated and analyzed,397 patients were extracted,the rationality of drug application was analyzed. RESULTS: 4 019 inpatients with human albumin injections were mainly concentrated in ICU( 1 808 cases,44. 99%),cardiothoracic surgery( 340 cases,8. 46%), hepatobiliary surgery( 248 cases,6. 17%) and emergency ICU( 212 cases,5. 27%). Of the extracted 397 patients,the rational drug application rate was 43. 58%( 173/397). Totally 30 kinds of diseases were involved,the medical reasons of supplement of albumin took the lead; the serum albumin level of patients before medication were < 25 g/L. CONCLUSIONS: The application of human serum albumin injections in this hospital is far from perfect,there are some irrational phenomenon.
