【摘要】 目的:探讨巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:选取2014年9月—2016年9月收治的抑郁症患者80例,按随机数字表法观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合应用巴戟天寡糖胶囊口服,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton’s depression scale,HAMD)及匹兹保睡眠指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评估疗效及睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3、6周后,两组患者的HAMD和PSQI评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的效果较好,可有效改善患者的抑郁症状、睡眠质量,且不会增加不良反应发生概率,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Bajitian oligosaccharide capsules combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablets in treatment of depression. METHODS: 80 patients with depression admitted from Sept.2014 to Sept. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The control group was given Escitalopram oxalate tablets, while the observation group additionally received Bajitian oligosaccharide capsules based on the control group. The efficacy and improvement of sleep quality were evaluated by hamilton’s depression scale( HAMD) and pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI).RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 00%( 38/40),significantly higher than that of control group [77. 50%( 31/40) ],with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). After treatment of 3 and 6 weeks,the HAMD and PSQI score of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Bajitian oligosaccharide capsules combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablets in treatment of depression is remarkable,which can effectively improve the depression symptoms of patients and sleep quality of patients with higher safety and fewer adverse drug reactions.更多还原
