【摘要】 目的:探讨舍曲林联合氨磺必利治疗难治性强迫症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2014年9月—2016年9月收治的难治性强迫症患者100例,按随机双盲法分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予舍曲林片治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用氨磺必利片。连续用药8周后,采用耶鲁布朗强迫症程度量表评估患者的疗效,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为92.00%(46/50),明显高于对照组的62.00%(31/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4及8周后,两组患者的耶鲁布朗强迫症程度量表评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者降低幅度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:舍曲林联合氨磺必利治疗难治性强迫症效果较好,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with amisulpride in treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder. METHODS: 100 patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder from Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via the random double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sertraline,while the observation group was given sertraline combined with amisulpride. After an 8-week continuous treatment,the efficacy of two groups were evaluated with the Y-BOCS and the adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group( 92. 00%,46/50) was significantly higher than that of control group( 62. 00%,31/50),with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). The Y-BOCS scores of observation group after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly higher than those of before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical obvious adverse drug reactions between two groups.CONCLUSIONS: The effects of sertraline combined with amisulpride in treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder is significant with high safety.更多还原
