【摘要】 目的:比较盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊与盐酸舍曲林胶囊治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2014年6月—2016年3月驻马店市精神病医院收治的老年抑郁症患者71例,按随机数字表法分为A、B两组。A组33例患者给予盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊,B组38例患者给予盐酸舍曲林胶囊,治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评定患者病情,并比较两组患者的疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2、4、6周后,A组患者的HAMD评分明显低于治疗前,且明显低于B组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的总有效率为93.94%(31/33),B组为92.11%(35/38),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗老年抑郁症效果较好,与盐酸舍曲林胶囊的疗效相当,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules and Sertraline hydrochloride capsules in treatment of geriatric depression. METHODS: 71 patients with geriatric depression admitted into Zhumadian Mental Hospital from Jun. 2014 to Mar. 2016 were selected to be divided into group A and group B via the random number table. 33 cases in group A were given Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules,38 cases in group B were treated with Sertraline hydrochloride capsules. Patients’ conditions were evaluated by the hamilton depression scale( HAMD),and the efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks,the HAMD of group A was significantly lower than that of control group,and obviously lower than that of control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of group A was 93. 94%( 31/33),and control group B was 92. 11%( 35/38),without any statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Meanwhile,there was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules in treatment of geriatric depression is significant,which almost the same with Sertraline hydrochloride capsules,with high safety.更多还原
