【摘要】 目的:了解中南大学湘雅二医院(以下简称"我院")医院制剂肾复舒颗粒的使用情况与趋势。方法:对2012—2016年我院肾复舒颗粒的临床应用情况进行回顾性分析,采用Excel软件统计肾复舒颗粒的使用科室分布、年使用率、用药频度、使用强度、使用量、诊断分布等,并对统计结果进行分析。结果:2012—2016年,我院肾复舒颗粒使用率不断升高,其DDDs呈逐年增长趋势;肾复舒颗粒使用率排序靠前的科室分别为肾病内科、风湿免疫科、内分泌科、血液内科、心血管内科、老年科、中医科等,使用科室和使用量均逐年增加。结论:肾复舒颗粒在我院的使用范围不断扩大,其除了用于原发性肾脏疾病外还可用于其他原因导致的肾脏疾病,还存在可能的新用途。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To determine the usage of Shenfushu granules in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"). METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical application status of Shenfushu granules during 2012-2016, Excel software was adopted to collect the distribution of departments,annual application rate,defined daily dose system( DDDs),use intensity,use amount and distribution of diagnosis,analysis was conducted on the statistical data. RESULTS: During 2012-2016,the application rate of Shenfushu granules were in an increasing tendency in addition of the DDDs. The top departments ranked by application rate of Shenfushu granules was department of kidney disease of internal,rheumatism and immunology,endocrinology,blood internal medicine,geriatrics and traditional Chinese medicine,etc; the number of application department and consumption amount increased year by year. CONCLUSIONS: The application range of Shenfushu granules in our hospital is increasing,except for the application in the primary renal disease,other new application can be involved like kidney disease induced by other causes.更多还原
