液体射流冲击传热实验方法的研究

【摘要】 为了确保顺利开展对高温熔盐射流冲击传热特性的实验研究,文中建立了射流冲击传热实验装置。同时为了确保实验方法的准确性与可靠性,以较高温度的水为实验工质,进行了射流冲击传热的实验研究,得到了驻点以及径向分布的传热性能。驻点实验结果与前人实验结果非常一致,表明了该实验系统及方法的可靠性与准确性,为后期开展高温熔盐射流冲击实验奠定了技术基础。同时探究了温度对水射流冲击传热性能的影响,其结果表明了工质热物性的重要作用。

【Abstract】 For a purpose of preparing for making a study about the heat transfer characteritics of high temperature molten salt,an experimental equipment has been established in this paper. In order to verify and ensure the validation of experimental method, the experiment about heat transfer characteritics of higher water has been carried out as well as some results about the heat transfer performance of the stagnation point has been achieved. The results of higher water for stagnation point have good consistences with previous results,whose results indicate the accuracy and reliability of this experimental method and equipment and lay technical foundations for making a research about the heat transfer characteritics of jet impingement using the molten salt at the state of high temperature.Meanwhile,a investigation about the effect from higher temrature water on the heat transfer characteritics also has been carried out,whose resuts indicate the importance of thermophysical properties of working fluid.
