胸腔镜与常规手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折并肺撕裂伤的临床对照研究

【摘要】 目的比较胸腔镜与常规手术治疗多发肋骨骨折并肺撕裂伤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析多发肋骨骨折并肺撕裂伤患者43例,其中25例行电视胸腔镜手术(VATS组),18例行常规手术治疗(常规手术组),比较两组临床疗效。结果VATS组手术时间、术后呼吸机辅助时间、ICU监护时间、胸引管放置时间以及住院时间均明显短于常规手术组,术后并发症发生率及复查满意率均优于常规手术组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术治疗多发肋骨骨折并肺撕裂伤临床效果较满意,患者手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare clinical outcomes between video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery( VATS) and conventional surgery for the treatment of multiple rib fractures with hemothorax or pneumothorax.Methods A total of 43 patients with multiple rib fractures with lung lacerations were retrospective analyzed.Of these patients,25 cases were treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery( VATS group),and another 18 cases were treated with conventional surgery( conventional surgery group). The clinical outcome was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU monitoring time and time of chest drainage tube placement as well as hospitalization time in the VATS group were significantly shorter than that in the conventional surgery group( P < 0. 05).The complication rate and the rate of review of the satisfaction in the VATS group was better than those in the conventional surgery group( P<0. 05).Conclusion The VATS treatment of multiple rib fractures with lung lacerations can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome with rapid postoperative recovery and less postoperative complications.
