【摘要】 目的使临床药师能尽快融入角色,更顺利地开展工作。方法通过分析临床药师思维模式,结合实践经验,应用大量临床案例阐述临床药师思维定位与转变的必要性和可行性。结果临床药师改变了固有的、僵化的思维模式,走向综合、客观、辩证的思维方式,融入临床治疗团队。结论通过临床药师思维模式的转变与正确定位,使临床药师深入临床工作更便捷,在临床上的地位和作用更易被认可,真正成为临床药物治疗团队的一员。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enable the clinical pharmacists to integrate into the role as soon as possible and work more smoothly. Methods Through the analysis of the thinking mode of clinical pharmacists, combined with practical experience, the necessity and feasibility of clinical pharmacists’thinking orientation and transformation were expounded by using a large number of clinical cases. Results Clinical pharmacists changed the inherent and rigid mode of thinking, began to adapt to the comprehensive, objective and dialectical mode of thinking,and integrated into the clinical treatment team. Conclusion Through the transformation and correct orientation of clinical pharmacists’thinking mode,it can make clinical pharmacists more convenient in clinical work,more easily recognized in clinical status and role,and it is easy for clinical pharmacists to become a member of clinical drug treatment team.更多还原
