【摘要】 目的建立痛风灵胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对痛风灵胶囊方中的肿节风、红花、两面针进行定性鉴别,对其中红花的主要成分羟基红花黄色素A用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行含量测定。结果肿节风、红花、两面针的TLC鉴别效果良好,专属性强,分离度高,且阴性对照无干扰;羟基红花黄色素A进样量在0.307 2~1.536 0μg范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD=0.90%(n=9)。结论该方法能快速、准确地对痛风灵胶囊进行定性、定量检测,可作为痛风灵胶囊的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Tongfengling Capsules. Methods TLC method was adopted for the qualitative identification of Herba sarcandrae,Carthamus tinctorius and Radix zanthoxyli in Tongfengling Capsules and HPLC method was adopted for the content determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Tongfengling Capsules. Results The result of TCL for the identification of Herba sarcandrae,Carthamus tinctorius and Radix zanthoxyli was good with an obvious specificity and good separation,and there was no negative interference. Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed good linear relation in the range of 0. 307 2-1. 536 0 μg,the average recovery was 98. 16% and RSD was 0. 90%( n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate for the qualitative and quantitative detection of Tongfengling Capsules,which can be used for the quality control of Tongfengling Capsules.更多还原
