【摘要】 目的优化四黄定痛贴提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以盐酸小檗碱为指标,考察乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍量60%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次60 min。结论优化的提取条件稳定可行,重复性好,适用于该制剂的工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Sihuang Dingtong Patch.Methods The orthogonal test was performed to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,extraction times and extraction time on the extraction results with the content of berberine hydrochloride as the evaluation index.Results The best optimum conditions were as follows:the amount of ethanol 8 times,60% was used as the extraction solvent,extraction times 3 times and the extraction duration for each time was 60 min.Conclusion The optimized extraction technology of Sihuang Dingtong Patch is stable,feasible and reproducible,which can apply to the production of Sihuang Dingtong Patch.更多还原
