【摘要】 目的观察中药穴位敷贴治疗老年人轻度高血压的疗效。方法选取老年人轻度高血压患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组患者选用院内制剂葛花膏(葛根、天花粉等中药粉制成的膏药)敷贴大椎穴、涌泉穴;对照组患者选用麦麸调制而成的膏药敷贴大椎穴、涌泉穴。疗程均为4周,治疗4周后比较临床疗效。结果连续治疗4周后,治疗组的显效率、总有效率分别为52.08%和68.75%,高于对照组的17.02%和42.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.88,P<0.01;χ~2=6.61,P<0.05)。结论葛花膏穴位敷贴治疗老年人轻度高血压安全有效,可作为其中医辅助治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with mild hypertension.Methods Totally 100 elderly patients with mild hypertension were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The treatment group was pasted hospital preparations(the plaster was made of Puerarin, Trichosanthin and other traditional Chinese medicine), which was applied at Dazhui, Yongquan acupoint; the control group was pasted the plaster which modulated by the wheat bran modulation on the Dazhui,Yongquan acupoint.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared after treatment for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks treatment, the efficiency rate and the total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 52.08%, 68.75%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 17.02% and 42.55% in the control group(χ~2= 12.88, P < 0.01; χ~2= 6.61, P < 0.05).Conclusion Pueraria flower paste acupoint application in the treatment of elderly patients with mild hypertension is safe and effective,which can be used as the adjuvant therapy for mild hypertension in the elderly patients.更多还原
