【摘要】 目的建立防己黄芪汤颗粒的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别法。方法采用TLC法,对防己黄芪汤颗粒中的代表性药物熟地黄、黄芪、防己进行定性鉴别。结果各供试品溶液色谱中,在与各自对照品药材或对照品溶液色谱相同位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,鉴别斑点清晰,特征斑点专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法专属性强,重复性好,灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Fangji Huangqi Decoction Granules. Methods Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Astragali and Cocculus Orbiculatus in the Granules were identified by thin-layer chromatogram(TLC). Results The characteristic spots on the chromatogram of the preparation were corresponding to the ones of contrast product,and the negative contrast solution had no interference. Conclusion This method has good specialization, reproducibility and sensitivity, which can be used for the quality control of Fangji Huangqi Decoction Granules.更多还原
