【摘要】 目的推进公立医院医养结合养老模式更加科学、规范、有序运行。方法采用描述性统计法、比较分析法。结果首家由国家发展与改革委员会批准的公立医院兴办的医养结合养老机构——重庆医科大学附属第一医院青杠老年护养中心入住老人人次呈上升趋势,已扭亏为盈,实现"医护养"全面融合、"急慢分治、双向转诊"、护理院医保覆盖,信息化助力养老与安全,逐步形成较为规范的老人综合评估体系。结论公立医院医养结合养老模式是一种成功的养老模式,其市场需求前景好,但运营成本高、服务收费较高,不能满足大量老人的养老需求,需要政府做好顶层设计、完善相关制度、加大资金投入、分层建设以完善养老服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the combination of medical and health care mode in the public hospital more scientific,standard and orderly. Methods Descriptive statistical method and comparative analysis were done. Results At Qinggang Senior Care Center,The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,which is a pension agency combined the medical and health care,sponsored by the public hospital,and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission first time,its elderly residents have upward trend,income is greater than expenditure,"medical-nursing-health" has been integrated comprehensively,"acute and chronic disease treated separately,two-way referral" has been achieved,health insurance coverage the nursing home,information technology helps pension and security,and comprehensive standardized assessment system of elderly have gradually formed. Conclusion It is proposed that the pension service mode,which combined the medical and nursing in public hospital,is a kind of successful pension service mode,its market demand is big and market prospect is good. But it runs high cost and service charges are higher,so it can’t fully meet the pension needs of a large number of elderly people. It is necessary for the government to do the top-level design well,and improve the related system,increase investment,and stratification construction to perfect the pension service system.更多还原
