【摘要】 临床药师介入药物治疗方案的设计与调整是未来临床药学发展的趋势。本文通过广州中医药大学附属第二医院临床药师干预治疗的患者3例,结合患者的凝血功能、肝肾功能,从药物的合理选择、联合应用、不良反应等方面,介绍神经内科临床药师协助医师完善治疗方案、减少或避免用药不良反应、指导用药等相关事项的过程和体会。探索临床药师介入临床药物治疗的方法,减少临床药师工作的盲目性,以利其更快、更好地开展临床药学工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The future trend of clinical pharmacy is clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment design and adjustment. In this article 3 cases of clinical pharmacists intervention treatment are selected in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, combined with coagulant function, liver and kidney function of patients, introduces the process and experience of the clinical pharmacists to help doctors improve treatment, reduce or avoid drug adverse reactions, guide drug use from aspacts of rational drug selection, drug combination and adverse drug reaction. This aritcle explores the methods of clinical pharmacists involved in clinical medicine treatment, which reduce the blindness of clincal work, and facilitate the clinical pharmacy work better and faster.更多还原
