【摘要】 目的分析常规性出院指导与延伸性护理服务对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法将海南医学院2014年1~12月收治的128例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为观察组(n=64)和对照组(n=64)。对照组出院时接受常规性出院宣教,观察组在对照组基础上应用延伸护理服务,随访1年,对比分析两组患者遵医行为情况及生活质量变化。结果观察组规范性用药、合理膳食、定期检查、情绪控制、戒烟戒酒等方面遵医行为率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后社会领域、心理领域、生理领域、环境领域及生活质量总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组1年内复发率、再住院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理服务能有效提高慢性胃溃疡患者生活依从性,降低患者复发率及再入院率,有助于提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze effect of quality life with routine discharge guidance and extended care services on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 128 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in Hainan Medical College from January to December 2014 were selected,and divided into observation group(64 cases) and control group(64 cases) according to the envelope method. Patients in the control group were given routine discharge mission when discharged,patients in the observation group were given extended care services based on the control group nursing. The follow-up time was 1year. The patients in the two groups compliance behavior and quality of life changes were compared. Results The compliance rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The total score of social field,psychological field,physiological field,environmental field and quality of life was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). The relapse rate and rehospitalization rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Extended care services can effectively improve the life of patients with chronic gastric ulcer compliance,reduce patient recurrence rate and re-admission rate,help to improve the quality life of patients更多还原
