【摘要】 随着社会及经济的发展,人们对高等职业教育提出了更高的要求,因此如何深化教学改革,进一步发挥高等职业教育在促进社会进步与发展方面的主力作用,已成为当代高职教育研究的重要课题。沧州医学高等专科学校药学专业,在人才培养过程中,一直推进人才培养模式由传统的以学校和课堂为中心向工学结合转变,与企业开展多层次、多渠道的合作办学,从专业建设指导委员会设置、开展"订单班"式人才培养、"引企入校"、共建实训基地、校企共同构建课程体系、共建"双师型"教学团队,建立人才培养质量多元评价机制,制定"产-学-研"合作管理制度,推动校企合作办学逐步走向规范化和制度化,逐步实现了校企合作由浅层合作到深度融合,以"合作办学、共同育人,互利互惠、协作双赢"为原则,逐步形成了校企融合、工学结合的"双主体"人才培养模式,促进了校企的深度融合,较好地实现了校企共赢以及校企合作的可持续发展。更多还原
