【摘要】 我国基层中医药服务能力提升工程实施以来,中央和地方均投入了大量资源进行建设,笔者选取云南省具有代表性的州市、县、乡镇、村卫生机构进行实地调研,总结了部分基层中医药服务现状及经验,同时发现中医药服务专业人才匮乏、基层医疗机构中医药服务发展不平衡、宣传力度不够等问题,提出了中医药人才培养方式多元化、治未病理念与预防保健相结合、基层医疗机构的中医和西医融合发展等建议,以期为边疆少数民族基层中医药服务能力提升提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the implementation of the project of promoting the service capacity of grassroots level of traditional Chinese medicine in our country, the central and local governments have invested a lot of resources. The author selects the representative state, county, township and village health institutions in Yunnan Province to conduct field research,summarizes the current situations and experience of service capacity of some grassroots level of traditional Chinese medicine, and find some problems at the same time, which includes lack of talents of professional service of traditional Chinese medicine, imbalanced development of traditional Chinese medicine services of basic-level medical organizations, inadequate propaganda. Then the author proposes several suggestions of the diversified ways of cultivating talents of traditional Chinese medicine, combination of preventive treatment of disease idea and prevention and healthcare, integrative development of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of basic-level medical organizations, and so on, so as to provide decision-making reference for the promotion of the service capacity of grassroots level of traditional Chinese medicine in frontier minority regions.更多还原
