【摘要】 为了解综合医院的医生职业疲劳情况,选择山东省多个地级市的二甲以上综合医院为样本单位进行调查,发现医生普遍存在中度以上的职业疲劳,疲劳程度居于前三位的科室是妇产科、儿科和肿瘤科。结合当前医疗改革和医患关系紧张等背景,从多个视角研究造成职业疲劳的影响因素,并将医生职业疲劳与影响因素进行回归分析,结果表明,医生职业疲劳程度与工作量、医患压力、晋升压力和考核压力之间存在强正相关性,其中工作量影响最大,考核压力相对最小。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to figure out the doctors occupational fatigue in general hospitals,this paper investigated a number of hospitals above second grade general in Shandong province,which results showed that there were generally more than moderate occupational fatigue in doctors. the doctors from departments of obstetrics & gynecology,pediatrics and oncology had a higher degree of fatigue,and the doctors in department of obstetrics & gynecology were in severe fatigue. Based on analysis of current health care reform and doctor-patient relationship,it studied influencing factors from multiple perspectives,which included workload,doctor-patient relationship,pressures of promotion and performance appraisal. Regression analysis of doctor occupational fatigue and influencing factors showed that there were strong positive correlation between fatigue and influencing factors. And the greatest influencing factor was workload,the minimum influencing factor was pressures of performance appraisal.更多还原
