【摘要】 青年医师是医学的未来。20世纪八九十年代出生的青年医师成长于市场经济的变革之中,面临着前所未有的困难和诱惑。他们在各种思潮交织的社会环境下,面对着复杂的医疗环境及医患关系,困顿于理想与现实的迷茫和困惑。他们在"技术至上"的培养模式下,忽略了临床基本功及医学人文的重要性,远离了对患者和生命的关爱,忽视了医学人文精神的塑造。青年医师应该用最真诚的付出、坚定的职业信仰、无私奉献精神去对待每一位患者,做一名有人文情怀的青年医生,使医学回归人文。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young physicians are the future of medicine.Young physicians born in the 1980 sand 1990s were facing unprecedented challenges and temptations in the changes of the market economy.In the variety of ideological trends of the social environment,the young physicians are confronted with the complex medical environment and doctor-patient relationships,getting into the confusion and perplexity between the ideality and the reality.In "technology-oriented"education mode,the young physicians ignore the importance of clinical basic skills and medical humanities,being away from the patient and the love of life,and neglect the medical humanistic spirit.The authors advocated that the young physicians should treat every patient with sincere dedication with humanistic feelings,build up strong professional beliefs and altruism values,in which can the medical humanities regression be realized.更多还原
