【摘要】 "疾病"和"健康"是认识生命的两个视角,基于"健康"视角,健康是人体系统的适度稳态,适度稳态保持的核心在于"健康力",以"健康"为中心就是以"健康力"为中心,健康医学主要是关于"健康力"的医学,基于健康医学可发展形成健康管理创新学科。当前健康管理仍深受疾病医学影响,局限于疾病管理等内容,或健康干预重视不足,或忽视"健康力"。健康医学是健康管理的理论基础,也是健康管理的发展方向,通过传播健康医学理念、开发健康医学技术、创造健康医学环境、推进医学整合进程等措施构建以"健康"为中心的健康管理模式具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Disease"and "health"are two perspectives to understand life.Based on the "health"perspective,health is a moderate steady state of human body system,which core is to maintain the health ability—functioning of self-organization.Taking"health"as the center is to take "health ability"as the center.Therefore,health medicine is mainly about the health ability,based on which a new discipline of health management can be developd.The current health management is still deeply influenced by the disease medicine,which is limited to disease management,and pays insufficient attention to the health intervention or ignores the "health ability".Health medicine is not only the theoretical foundation of health management,but also its development direction.It is important to construct a health-centered health management model by promoting the health medicine concept,developing the technology of health medicine,creating the environment for health medicine and advancing the process of medical integration.更多还原
