【摘要】 心房颤动是常见的心律失常,其所引起的心功能下降、血栓,甚至猝死是导致患者病死、病残的主要原因,所以消除心房颤动、恢复并维持窦性心律具有重要意义。迷宫手术是外科治疗心房颤动的重要手段,但因其操作复杂、创伤大而难以推广。以射频消融为代表的能量消融技术代替迷宫手术的"切与缝",推动了外科治疗心房颤动的新发展,也为微创技术及杂交技术提供了更大的发展空间,并进一步扩大了外科治疗心房颤动的范围,更多新技术应用于心房颤动的外科治疗,亦使迷宫手术更易于推广和接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia,which causes decreased cardiac function,thrombosis,embolism and even sudden death,and is the main cause of high morbidity and mortality,so the elimination of atrial fibrillation,recovery and maintenance of sinus rhythm is of great significance. The Maze procedure is an important means of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation,because of its complex operation,trauma it’s difficult to promote. Radiofrequency ablation as the representative of the energy ablation technology replacing Maze procedure " cut and seam",not only has greatly promoted the development of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation,but also provided a greater space for the development of minimally invasive technology and hybrid technology,and further expanded the surgical treatment range of atrial fibrillation. With more new technologies being applied in atrial fibrillation surgery,Maze procedure will be easier to promote and accept.更多还原
