Toll样受体对间充质干细胞功能调控的研究进展

【摘要】 间充质干细胞(MSCs)因具有多向分化潜能、低免疫原性和免疫调控能力而成为组织再生领域和治疗慢性炎症及自身免疫性疾病的热点种子细胞。其表面的Toll样受体(TLRs)受局部环境配体的影响激活下游信号,进而调控MSCs的存活、增殖、迁移、分化和免疫抑制能力。由于细胞的多样性和环境的复杂性,有关TLRs激活后MSCs的功能变化各研究结果并不一致,且相关机制和体内研究也较少。因此,今后需进一步探讨TLRs对MSCs功能调控的作用和机制,以为促进组织工程再生和治疗慢性炎症及自身免疫性疾病提供重要科学依据。

【Abstract】 Mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs),as the hot seed cells,are used in the tissue engineering and the treatment of chronic inflammation and autoimmune disease,because of their multilineage differentiation potential,low immunogenicity and immune regulation alility. The Toll like receptor( TLR) on the cell surface are activated by the local environmental ligands,to activate the dawnstream signal,and then regulate the survival,proliferation,migration,differentiation and immunosuppression of MSCs. About the functional changes of MSCs after TLRs activation,inconsistent results have been reported due to the diversity of cells employed and the complexity of the surrounding environment. Relevant mechanisms and in vivo studies are still scarce. Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the modulation of MSCs activity by TLRs and the underling mechanisms in order to provide an important scientific basis for improvement of tissue regeneration and treatment of chronic inflammation or autoimmune disease.
