【摘要】 心力衰竭是一种全球性疾病,是各种心血管疾病的终末期阶段。心力衰竭的发病机制经历了由血流动力学紊乱到神经内分泌激活再到分子生物学调节异常等阶段,这些为心力衰竭的临床治疗提供了良好的理论基础。心力衰竭的发生、发展与心肌细胞的病理生理过程直接相关:病理性心室重构、心肌细胞肥大、心肌细胞凋亡和纤维化过程共同导致心力衰竭的不断恶化。目前心力衰竭的治疗不仅仅局限于增强心肌收缩力、利尿、扩张血管,还存在其他方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heart failure,as the end-stage of all kinds of cardiovascular diseases,has become a global problem.Study of the pathogenesis of heart failure has gone through hemodynamic disorder,neuroendocrine activation and dysregulation of molecular biology.These mechanisms provide good basic theory for the clinical treatment of heart failure.The occurrence and development of heart failure is directly related to the pathophysiological process of myocardial cells,such as pathological ventricular remodeling,myocyte hypertrophy,myocardial apoptosis and myocardial fibrosis.These processes lead to the worsening of heart failure.Current heart failure therapies are not limited to strengthening myocardiac contraction,diuresis and dilating vessels,but also other aspects.更多还原
