【摘要】 鼻咽癌多选择以放疗、放化疗为主的综合治疗模式。随着调强放疗联合化疗在鼻咽癌综合治疗模式中的推广应用,鼻咽癌的局部控制率和生存率得到改善,远处转移成为治疗失败的主要原因。近年来,免疫治疗在恶性肿瘤的研究和应用中取得了明显的进步,并逐渐成为肿瘤综合治疗领域的焦点,在多种恶性肿瘤的治疗中都显示出潜在的疗效和良好的发展前景。免疫治疗具有疗效高、特异性强、不良反应小等优点,有望为鼻咽癌患者的治疗提供新的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Depending on the development of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) combined with chemotherapy,the survival and local control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been improved. Nevertheless,tumor metastasis remains to be a major reason for treatment failure. Recently,it’ s found that immunotherapy is incorporated into standard treatment paradigms,and has shown potential effects with broad prospects. Immunotherapy is supposed to provide more choices for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with its advantages of high efficacy,good specificity and less adverse reaction.更多还原
