【摘要】 分析心肌桥患者的临床特点,对经冠状动脉造影确诊的153例心肌桥患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示心肌桥检出率为5%。有胸痛症状患者107例,有胸闷症状患者80例。1例患者的心肌桥位于左回旋支,其余152例均位于左前降支,其中129例发生于中段。心肌桥多发生于左前降支中段,此病患者可有不同程度的心肌缺血表现,应用冠状动脉造影检查可明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with myocardial bridge,the clinical data of 153 patients confirmed by coronary artery angiography as myocardial bridge was retrospectively analyzed.The detection rate of myocardial bridge was 5%.There were 107 patients with chest pain symptoms and 80 patients with chest tightness.Only one case of myocardial bridge was located in the left circumflex branch,the others were in the left anterior descending branch,of which 129 occurred in the middle segment.Myocardial bridge was commonly localized in the middle segment of the left anterior descending coronary artery,this disease may have different degrees of myocardial ischemia.Coronary angiography could be used to diagnose myocardial bridge.更多还原
