【摘要】 本文调查分析一家奥地利医院产科及新生儿科的健康服务特点,并将其与中国相应科室医疗服务进行比较,旨在为中国医院改革与发展提供思路。案例分析显示奥地利医院产科及新生儿科健康服务有三个突出特点及优势:全面的健康服务,医疗主导和患者赋权并存,医疗干预和自然恢复的平衡。与中国的差异主要体现在健康服务的整体性、医患行为方式、以人为本、医院环境等方面的不同,这提示改进中国医院医疗服务可以从上述四个方面给予考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article aims to examine the health service in the obstetrical and neonatal departments of one Austria hospital and then to compare it with China hospital.Three advantages were identified from the Austria hospital:the holistic health care,medical dominance and patient empowerment,medical intervention and natural recovery.The differences in health service between Austria and China hospital were gathered in four topics:the holistic health service,the behavioral models between health professionals and clients,the patient-centered approach,and the hospital environment.It implies that China hospital could focus on the above four aspects to improve health service.更多还原
