【摘要】 本研究的主要目的是明确重庆地区孤独症患儿的疾病负担,为国家卫生行政部门提供政策依据。采用整群抽样的方法调查重庆市孤独症患儿92例,调查患儿的治疗情况及直接医疗费用支出情况。本研究结果表明患儿康复训练率为77.17%,康复训练治疗月均医疗费用为3 500元,药物治疗月均费用为1 000元。参与康复训练儿童治疗费用占家庭总收入的72%,参与康复训练或药物治疗的儿童治疗费用占家庭收入的75%。通过对孤独症儿童疾病负担的研究结果表明孤独症患儿的康复治疗给家庭与社会造成了极大的疾病负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research the disease burden of autism of 92 children and adolescents samples in Chongqing,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendation.Cluster sampling survey method was used to choose children and adolescents with autism from autism special education institutions,primary and junior high school or at home in three Counties in Chongqing,and structured and semi-structured interviews investigation was used to survey the income,demographics,and treatment costs of children and adolescents with autism.The survey showed the rate of ASD rehabilitation training was77.17%,and the median cost of training was 3 500 Yuan per month for the children who attended rehabilitation,and the median cost of drug was 1 000 Yuan per month for the children who took medicine.The ratio of rehabilitation treatment costs compared to total household income was 72%,and the ratio of rehabilitation training and drug therapy compared to household income was 75%.The government should provide more financial support to support the development of autism care and reduce the burden on families of autism children.更多还原
