【摘要】 目的:探讨痛风性关节炎的X线与MRI诊断价值。方法:选择在我院诊治的拟诊断为痛风性关节炎的60例患者作为研究对象,所有患者都给予X线与MRI诊断,采用关节镜检查结果作为病理诊断的金标准。结果:所有患者的X线与MRI图像呈现质量都为优。痛风性关节炎的X线与MRI诊断敏感性分别为87.9%和98.3%,特异性分别为50.0%和100.0%,MRI的诊断敏感性明显高于X线(P<0.05)。结论:痛风性关节炎的X线与MRI诊断图像优良,特别是MRI诊断的敏感性与特异性都比较好,有很好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of X-ray and MRI in the diagnosis on gouty arthritis. Methods Methods 60 patients who were diagnosed as gouty arthritis in our hospital were selected for the study. All patients were given X-ray and MRI diagnosis, and the results of arthroscopy were used as the gold standard for pathological diagnosis., and the results of arthroscopy were used as the gold standard for pathological diagnosis. Results Results The X-ray and MRI images of all patients showed excellent quality. The sensitivity of X-ray and MRI diagnosis of gouty arthritis was 87.9% and 98.3%, and the specificity was 50% and 100%, respectively.
