【摘要】 目的:探讨心脏彩超及心电图对高血压心脏病的诊断意义。方法:将确诊为高血压心脏病的患者作为本次研究资料,均为2014年2月—2017年2月期间收治,随机选择114例进行研究分析,对其基本资料进行回顾分析,并进行心脏彩超检查和心电图检查,统计两种检查方法对高血压心脏病的诊断阳性率,判断诊断价值。结果:心脏彩超诊断高血压患者阳性率54.39%与心电图诊断高血压患者阳性率50.38%比较无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:心脏彩超与心电图均属于常用的高血压心脏病诊断方法,其中心脏彩超诊断阳性率较高,更利于早期诊断,促使患者实现早期治疗,有效控制病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the heart colour to exceed and electrocardiogram(ecg) in the diagnosis of high blood pressure, heart disease. Methods: Will be diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease patients as the research material, are all in February 2014 to February 2017, 114 cases randomly selected for this paper, the basic data were analyzed retrospectively, and the heart colour to exceed examination and electrocardiogram examination, two checking methods statistical diagnosis positive rate of high blood pressure, heart disease, diagnostic value judgment.
