【摘要】 目的了解艾滋病患者接受关怀服务后,艾滋病防治知识、心理及社会功能、健康自我管理等状况,为今后提升和改善艾滋病关怀服务提供参考和借鉴。方法 2015年8月选择青岛、临沂和菏泽市对接受艾滋病关怀社区组织服务的艾滋病患者在知情同意的前提下,采用方便抽样原则进行问卷调查。结果调查348例,青岛108例、临沂100例、菏泽140例,接受艾滋病关怀服务时间在2年以上的患者占50.87%,青岛、临沂和菏泽3市分别为37.97%,20.00%,82.86%(P<0.01);59.20%的艾滋病患者接受关怀服务次数在6次及以上,3市分别为59.26%、43.00%、70.71%(P<0.01);艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率达到93.68%以上;62.05%以上的调查对象认为关怀服务对其心理及社会功能状况、健康自我管理状况有非常正面影响,3市之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾滋病关怀服务能够帮助艾滋病患者增加对艾滋病的认识,提高心理及社会功能水平,改善健康自我管理状况,有助于提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of care service for AIDS patients,so as to provide the basis for improving it. Methods A questionnaire survey by convenience sampling was conducted based on AIDS patients informed and agreed in Qingdao,Linyi and Heze cities,August 2015. Results A total of 348 AIDS cases were surveyed,108 from Qingdao,100 from Linyi,and 140 from Heze.50.87% cases had received more than two years AIDS care service.There was statistically difference among Qingdao,Linyi and Heze(P <0.01),and the ratio of the AIDS cases in the three cities who received AIDS care service more than two years separately was 37.97%,20.00%and 82.86%.59.20%cases had received AIDS care service more than six times.The difference among the three cities was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the ratio of the AIDS cases in the three cities who received AIDS care service more than six times was59.26%,43.00% and 70.71%.The total rate of their AIDS knowledge awareness was above 93.68%.Over 62.05%AIDS patients thought that AIDS care service had positive influence on their mental and social function,self-health management,and the difference among the three cities was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusion AIDS care service can help AIDS patients to understand more AIDS related knowledge,enhance the level of their mental and social function,and improve their health,so as to improve the life quality of AIDS patients.更多还原
