【摘要】 目的了解厦门市居民恶性肿瘤疾病负担情况,为恶性肿瘤防控策略制定提供依据。方法从厦门市死因监测系统收集2014年恶性肿瘤死者资料,用伤残调整寿命年(DALY)评价恶性肿瘤所致疾病负担情况。结果 2014年厦门市居民因恶性肿瘤死亡共3 262人,死亡率为160.36/10万,因恶性肿瘤所致DALY为29 766.77人年,其中早死所致寿命损失年占98.43%、残疾所致寿命损失年占1.57%,DALY排前5位的分别为肝癌、肺癌、食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌;男性和女性的DALY率分别为19.16年/千人和10.18年/千人。结论厦门市居民恶性肿瘤疾病负担仍较重,主要来自肺癌和消化系统肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disease burden of malignant tumors among residents in Xiamen city,so as to provide scientific basis for making up strategies of malignant tumor prevention and control. Methods Data of deaths from malignant tumors in 2014 were collected from Disease Surveillance System of Xiamen city.The disability-adjusted life year(DALY)was used to assess the disease burden. Results In 2014,a total of 3 262 deaths from malignant tumors were reported in Xiamen city,the mortality rate was 160.36/105.The loss of DALY due to malignant tumors was29 766.77 person years,of which the years of life lost caused by death and by disability accounted for 98.43% and1.57%,respectively.The top five malignant tumors by DALYs loss were liver cancer,lung cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.The DALYs due to malignant tumors were 19.16 years/103 in males and 10.18 years/103 in females. Conclusion The disease burden of malignant tumors is still great among residents in Xiamen city,mainly caused by lung cancer and digestive system tumors.更多还原
