【摘要】 目的了解广州市老年人的艾滋病知识知晓情况及影响因素、对艾滋病的态度、性行为和艾滋病、梅毒感染情况,为针对性开展老年人艾滋病防治工作提供依据。目的 2016年1~4月由经过培训的调查员对广州市的老年人进行面对面问卷调查及艾滋病、梅毒血清学检测。结果调查991人,艾滋病知识总知晓率为61.76%(612/991),如果朋友或者家人感染了艾滋病,有50.86%(504/991)的人不愿意继续跟他/她接触;最近一年发生性行为时每次均用安全套比例仅10.17%(54/531)。HIV抗体和梅毒阳性检出率分别为0.13%、1.19%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度高(OR=1.82,95%CI:1.36~2.43)、经常体育锻炼(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.01~2.29)、定期体检(OR=1.67,95%CI:1.04~2.68)、最近一年发生性行为(OR=3.21,95%CI:2.09~4.93)、最近一年接受过预防艾滋病服务(OR=1.65,95%CI:1.25~2.19)是有利于提高艾滋病知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论广州市老年人艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the awareness on knowledge of HIV/AIDS and associated factors,attitudes of HIV/AIDS,sexual behaviors,HIV and syphilis infection among the elderly people in Guangzhou,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of AIDS among the elderly people. Methods During January-April 2016,a one-on-one questionnaire survey was conducted on the information about HIV/AIDS knowledge and related behaviors among the elderly people in Guangzhou city and serological tests for HIV and syphilis were performed. Results A total of 991 elderly people were surveyed,the total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge was 61.76%(612/991).If a friend or family member was infected with HIV,50.86%(504/991)people were reluctant to keep contact with him/her.Condom use rate in sexual behavior every time in the past year sex was only 10.17%(54/531).The HIV and syphilis positive detection rate was 0.13% and 1.19% respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high educational level(OR =1.82,95%CI :1.36-2.43),regular physical exercise(OR =1.52,95%CI :1.01-2.29),regular physical examination(OR =1.67,95%CI :1.04-2.68),sexual behavior in the last year(OR =3.21,95%CI :2.09-4.93)and receiving intervention services(OR =1.65,95%CI :1.25-2.19)in the last year were influencing factors which were conducive to improvement of the awareness on AIDS. Conclusion The awareness rate on HIV/AIDS knowledgeand the rate of condom use are low among the elderly people in Guangzhou city.更多还原
