【Abstract】 From the angle of institutional continuity,this article studies the interaction mechanism of rural health service network. It explains the concept and characteristics of continuity and institutional continuity status quo,and analyzes contact elements and their interaction mechanisms of rural health institutions from three aspects.The first one is organizational integration mechanism,including coordinate policy and institutional framework,resources allocation based on the regional residents demand,integrated systems of support and logistics. The second one is guarantee mechanism of the third party,including integrated design of financing and payment,multidimensional systems of supervision and evaluation. And the last one is task synergia mechanism,including evidence-based clinical path,health management and health promotion,referral management,continuing education and continuous quality improvement for medical practitioners.更多还原
