【摘要】 目的探讨"开窗"式固定方法在小儿留置针固定中的应用效果。方法将门诊200例静脉留置针输液患儿利用随机数表字法分为对照组与试验组,分别采用不同的留置针固定方式。对2组患儿皮肤不良反应发生率、药物渗出率、压疮发生率进行比较。结果试验组患儿的静脉留置针并发症发生率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "开窗"式小儿静脉留置针固定方法可明显减少并发症发生率,值得在基层医院推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the incidence of complications of indwelling needle and reduce the degree of complication by improving the method of indwelling needle placement in children.Methods Randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number method,the two groups of children with drug exudation,pressure ulcer degree comparison.Results The incidence of complications of intravenous indwelling needle in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified pediatric intravenous indwelling needle fixation method is worthy of promotion in primary hospital.更多还原
