【摘要】 目的掌握村医对缺血性脑卒中抗栓药物应用认知现状,为村医培训提供依据。方法通过自行设计问卷,对北流市20个镇543名村医进行缺血性脑卒中抗栓药物应用认知调查。结果阿司匹林名称知晓率73.11%,氯吡格雷、华法林、双嘧达莫等常用抗栓药物名称及正确用法知晓率低,临床应用知识掌握差。结论村医对缺血性脑卒中常用抗栓药物名称、用法及临床应用知识掌握差,应引起重视并加以培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide sufficient evidence for the village doctors’ training and have a better understanding of the current situation that how much the village doctors know the application of antithrombotic drug to ischemic stroke.Methods Do the investigation by the self-made questionnaires to ask 543 village doctors who come from twenty different towns in Bei Liu city about the application of antithrombotic drug to ischemic.Results About 73.11% of the village doctors know the names of aspirin while they know little about other frequently used antithrombotic drugs,such as clopidogrel,warfarin,dipyridamole and so on. And most of them don’t know how to use them correctly,besides,their clinical application ability to use antithrombotic drug is low.Conclusion The village doctors don’t know much of the names of the frequently used antithrombotic drug to ischemic stroke,how to use them and the knowledge of clinical application.
