通脉穴贴膏穴位贴敷治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察通脉穴贴膏穴位贴敷治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的临床疗效。方法选择180例ASOⅡ期(间歇跛行期)患者,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组60例,A组单纯予通脉穴贴膏穴位贴敷,双下肢具有治疗痿痹功效的穴位每次选10~12个,交替敷贴,每日换药1次,连续应用40 d为1疗程;B组穴位贴敷同A组,同时予前列地尔(靶向制剂)注射液10μg加生理盐水10 m L静注,每日1次,连用15 d休息10 d,再用前列地尔15 d,治疗40 d为1疗程;C组单纯予前列地尔静注,用量、用法、疗程同B组。治疗1疗程后统计各组治疗结果。结果 A组总有效率78.33%,B组总有效率93.33%,C组总有效率80.00%,B、A组,B、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、C组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论通脉穴贴膏穴位贴敷治疗ASO具有较好的疗效,通脉穴贴膏穴位贴敷联合前列地尔(靶向制剂)静注治疗ASO疗效优于两者单独应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of acupoint occlusion Tongmai plaster acupoint sticking for the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis(ASO)clinical curative effect.Method 180 cases of ASO Ⅱ(intermittent claudication period)were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,60 cases in each group,A group treated by acupoint sticking plaster Tongmai acupuncture,acupoint treatment with lower extremity paralysis efficacy of each 10-12,alternating sticking dressing was changed 1 times a day,for 40 days for the 1 course of treatment;group B acupoint sticking with the A group,at the same time to Alprostadil(targeting preparation)Injection 10 ug plus saline 10 ml intravenous injection,1times a day for 15 days,10 days rest,and alprostadil for 15 days,40 days of treatment for 1 courses.The C group received alprostadil intravenous drip,dosage,usage,course of treatment with the B group.Treatment of 1 courses of statistical results.Results The A group and the cure rate was 40%,the total efficiency of 78.33%;the B group and the cure rate was 68.33%,the total efficiency of 93.33%;C group the cure rate and the effective rate was 47.67%,the total efficiency of80.00%.cure and effective rate of B/A group and B/C group were statistically significant(P<0.05),no significant statistical significance compared with A/C group(P>0.05);the total efficiency of B/A group and B/C group were statistically significant(P<0.05),A/C group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Acupoint Plaster acupoint application in the treatment of ASO has good curative effect;Tongmai acupuncture Acupoint Plaster combined with alprostadil intravenous treatment of ASO curative effect is better than either alone.Can be popularized and applied.更多还原
