血清与血浆标本对胰岛素检测的影响探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素(INS)水平在血清与血浆标本中的差异,以选择合适的标本用于临床检测。方法分别以不含抗凝剂管和含肝素锂抗凝管收集随机抽取的89例健康体检人群血液,肝素锂管即刻离心分离血浆,不含抗凝剂管37℃孵育15 min后离心分离血清,用Beckman5811全自动生化分析仪,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测胰岛素浓度。结果血清与血浆标本检测结果间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在乳胶增强免疫比浊法上,血清和血浆标本不可混用,各临床实验室应根据检测方法和标本类型,确立本实验室的参考范围,便于临床判断。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of serum insulin level between serum and plasma samples,Select the appropriate specimens for clinical testing. Methods Anticoagulant-free tubes and heparin-lithium-containing anticoagulants were collected from 89 random Ly selected healthy subjects,The heparin lithium tube was immediately centrifuged to separate the plasma,Anticoagulant-free tubes were incubated for 15 minutes at 37 ℃ and the serum was separated by centrifugation,Beckman5811 Automatic biochemical analyzer,Use latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay,Insulin concentrations were measured. SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results There was significant difference between serum and plasma samples(P<0.05).Conclusion Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay,Serum and plasma samples can not be mixed,The clinical laboratory according to the detection method and specimen type,Establish the reference range of this laboratory,Easy to clinical judgment.
