【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素(INS)水平在血清与血浆标本中的差异,以选择合适的标本用于临床检测。方法分别以不含抗凝剂管和含肝素锂抗凝管收集随机抽取的89例健康体检人群血液,肝素锂管即刻离心分离血浆,不含抗凝剂管37℃孵育15 min后离心分离血清,用Beckman5811全自动生化分析仪,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测胰岛素浓度。结果血清与血浆标本检测结果间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在乳胶增强免疫比浊法上,血清和血浆标本不可混用,各临床实验室应根据检测方法和标本类型,确立本实验室的参考范围,便于临床判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of serum insulin level between serum and plasma samples,Select the appropriate specimens for clinical testing. Methods Anticoagulant-free tubes and heparin-lithium-containing anticoagulants were collected from 89 random Ly selected healthy subjects,The heparin lithium tube was immediately centrifuged to separate the plasma,Anticoagulant-free tubes were incubated for 15 minutes at 37 ℃ and the serum was separated by centrifugation,Beckman5811 Automatic biochemical analyzer,Use latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay,Insulin concentrations were measured. SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data.
