MicroRNA Let-7家族与心血管疾病的关系及其应用前景
Involvement of MicroRNA Let-7 Family in Cardiovascular Diseases and the Application Prospect
【摘要】 Micro RNA let-7家族为最早发现于秀丽隐杆线虫的micro RNA之一,由于其在心血管组织中高表达,因此let-7在心血管疾病中发挥的功能和调控作用一直受到科研工作者的关注。随着对let-7研究的不断深入,let-7靶向作用的基因也不断被更新报道,除较早发现的靶基因Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)和Bcl-x L以外,最新发现的靶基因如β1-肾上腺素受体(β1-adrenergic receptor,β1-AR)、钙调蛋白基因(calmodulin gene,Ca M)以及相应的信号通路在心血管疾病中也发挥着重要的调控作用,说明let-7有可能成为心血管疾病的临床诊断和治疗的新靶点。
【Abstract】 MicroRNA let-7 family is one of the first discovered micro RNAs(miRNA) in Caenorhabditis elegans.As a cardio-enriched miRNA,the functions and regulatory roles of let-7 in cardiovascular diseases have attracted a lot of attention from researchers.Previously reported target genes of let-7 include Toll-like receptors 4(TLR4) and Bcl-x L.With further investigation on let-7,more target genes have been identified recently,including β1-adrenergic receptor(β1-AR) and calmodulin gene(CaM).Their related signaling pathways also play significant regulatory roles in cardiovascular diseases.These indicate that micro RNA let-7 family may become a potential target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
