【摘要】 以水杨酸乳膏制备为实例,探讨将正交试验应用于药剂学设计性实验课程教学的可行性。引导学生参与文献检索、班级讨论、影响因素和水平的确定、周密实施、结果汇总、极差分析,成功筛选出水杨酸乳膏制备的最优条件,激发学生学习药剂学的兴趣,调动其学习积极性。结果说明正交试验有助于提高药剂学设计性实验的教学效果,有助于培养学生的创造性、主动性和独立性,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the preparation of salicylic acid cream as an example,the feasibility for applying orthogonal test in designing experiment teaching of Pharmaceutics was evaluated. After guiding all the students to participate in literature retrieval,class discussion,selection of influence factors and levels,careful implementation,the results collecting,range analysis,the optimum preparing condition of salicylic acid cream was determined,inspiring the students’ interest in the pharmaceutics and stimulating their learning enthusiasm. The results show that orthogonal test can improve the teaching effect in the designing experiment of pharmaceutics,which will contribute to cultivate students’ creativity,initiative,and independence and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.更多还原
