【摘要】 发展性学业指导是从传统的重指导、重矫正的指导模式向重发展、重预防的辅导模式的转变,是在遵循人的成长规律和教育目标的基础上,面向全体学生实施的学生内在行为潜能的开发。构建药学类学业指导教师体系从建立健全的学业指导组织体系、建设专业性学业指导教师队伍、开展药学类学业指导的特色工作及常规工作、规范学业指导教师的考核等多方面进行实践改革,给学生提供更加专业化、个性化的发展性学业指导服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developmental academic counseling is a new model with a focus on development and prevention,which is different from the traditional model of guide and correction. Following the law of the human growth patterns and educational goals,it aims to exploit students’ intrinsic behavior potential. Construction of pharmacy academic instructor system is discussed from the perspectives of academic advising system,professional academic instructor team,pharmacy-featured counseling work and routine work,and assessment of academic instructors. The reform in academic counseling will provide more professional and personalized services for pharmacy students.更多还原
